DIVINA UMBRIA transposes the Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) on consumer protection in the field of distance contracts, amended by Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 implementing the EU Directive 2011/83, which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
This right consists of the possibility of returning the goods purchased to the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason, to get in consequent reimbursement of the purchase price.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the said period of 14 working days from receipt of goods, a written notice by E-MAIL to email@example.com
